We are looking to recruit a dedicated and skilled Operations Manager to help us grow and strengthen our support for refugees and asylum seekers facing homelessness in Blackburn with Darwen.
Since 2021, we’ve been growing to provide safe accommodation and personalised support to those in need in our borough. Since then, we have provided over 10,000 nights of accommodation, and recently moved our office base into Blackburn Cathedral grounds to continue expanding our impact.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in operations, leadership and housing management to help drive our growth and ensure we can support even more people. The role will oversee day-to-day operations, income maximisation, staff management and strategic development, playing a vital role in shaping the future of Kairos Housing.
