We are looking to recruit a Wellbeing Support Worker to help us grow and strengthen our support for refugees and asylum seekers facing homelessness in Blackburn with Darwen.

Since 2021, we’ve been growing to provide safe accommodation and personalised support to those in need in our borough. Since then, we have provided over 13,000 nights of accommodation recently moving our office base into Blackburn Cathedral grounds to continue expanding our impact.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting refugees and asylum seekers, combining strong casework skills with creativity in developing wellbeing initiatives. The role will involve providing holistic, trauma-informed support alongside leading the design and delivery of our wellbeing programme.

This is a vital role where you can make a tangible difference, directly shaping how Kairos Housing empowers guests on their journey to rebuilding their lives

Does this sound like the right fit for you – or for someone you know?

You can find out all about the role and how to apply in our job pack below.
